Was versteht die IT-Welt nun unter einem Paradigma? Man versteht Basissysteme und -technologien und deren Aufbau, Bereitstellung, Protokolle und wesentliche Funktionen, die einen Nutzen bereitstellen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"absatz2\">Bei der Schaffung neuer Paradigmen ist das Ziel neue Nutzwerte zu schaffen. Etwas, was gebraucht wird und mit der alten Basis nicht oder nur umst\u00e4ndlich m\u00f6glich ist. Ein neuer Weg. wird bewu\u00dft das alte Paradigma nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt. Bei beiden werden Daten verschoben, bei beiden findet ein \u201cUmzug\u201d statt und es soll bei beiden eine dauerhafte neue Zielumgebung genutzt werden. Sowohl die Migration als auch die Transition gehen mit umfassenden Ver\u00e4nderungen f\u00fcr die Anwender einher.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend bei einer Migration (lat. migrare f\u00fcr wandern, wegziehen) der Schwerpunkt auf dem Umzug liegt, ist es bei der Transition der grundlegende Technologiewechsel. Datenmigrationen k\u00f6nnen somit Teil einer Transition sein. Diese erm\u00f6glichen schon heute die Technologie von morgen zu verwenden und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung bei.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On-Premises Active Directory angebunden an Azure und Microsoft 365 bringt folgende Vorteile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bestehende Systeme k\u00f6nnen weiter genutzt werden<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Phasenweiser Umzug in die neue Welt m\u00f6glich<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erste Funktionen, wie FileSharing, Video-Call, Microsoft Teams nutzbar<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exchange Online wird extern performanter<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zeitgewinn, um fehlendes Know-how aufzubauen, Compliance zu entwickeln und Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten zu Alt-Systemen aufzul\u00f6sen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Cloud Transition von AD nach AAD geht also im Regelfall \u00fcber einen hybriden Ansatz. Die Gr\u00fcnde und Vorteile sind oben beschrieben. Man kann sogar Alt-Systeme mit virtuellen Maschinen in die Cloud bringen. Aber sie das zu Cloud-Technologie? Sie sind selbst eine hybride L\u00f6sung. Und das hat einen Haken. Der volle Nutzen und die volle Leistung einer On-Prem nach Cloud Transition wird erst vollzogen, wenn auch die hybride Struktur \u00fcberwunden ist. Skalierbarkeit ist mit VMs beispielsweise nur bedingt gegeben. Hier ben\u00f6tigt es Klarheit, wer wo zust\u00e4ndig ist.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Welcher Verzeichnisdienst ist der F\u00fchrende?<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Welches System synchronisiert in welche Richtung?<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was ist mit redundanten Daten? Die machen in der Regel nichts schneller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nehmen wir Kennwort zur\u00fccksetzen als Beispiel. Hier stellt sich folgende Frage: Nutzen wir Microsoft 365 f\u00fcr unsere Passw\u00f6rter mit dem praktischen Cloud-Password-Reset oder traue ich der Microsoft Cloud meine Passw\u00f6rter nicht an und setze auf eine anwenderorientierte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstware.com\/de\/iam-workspace\/password-reset-self-service-fuer-anwender\/\"> AD Password Reset L\u00f6sung <\/a> ?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Verwaltung der Identit\u00e4tsdaten und -berechtigungen ist der n\u00e4chste Schritt. M\u00f6chte ich die Datenverwaltung f\u00fcr bestimmte Dinge vielleicht sogar teilen? Normalerweise m\u00f6chte das niemand. Bei der Zuordnung von M365-Lizenzen muss ich es aber. Exchange online in Hybridstellung kann ebenfalls interessante Anforderungen entwickeln. Ein Paradgimenwechsel erfolgt von au\u00dfen und wird seinen Siegeszug fortsetzen. Daraus ergeben sich Chancen und Risiken und zwar nicht nur f\u00fcr das eigene Unternehmen, sondern auch f\u00fcr den Wettbewerb. Der Mehrwert einer Transition ist also zweiseitig. Cloud-Technologie zu nutzen, um Home Office und sicheres, mobiles Arbeiten zu erm\u00f6glichen ist die eine Seite und der Hauptmehrwert. Wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig zu sein und zu bleiben ist die andere \u2013 dies gilt nicht nur f\u00fcr die \u201eProduktion der eigenen Zielleistung\u201c sondern auch f\u00fcr den Arbeitsmarkt und die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Unternehmen und Organisationen (Industrie 4.0).<\/p>\n<p class=\"absatz\">Der erwartete Mehrwert stellt sich aber nicht sofort ein. Manchmal kann es auch kleine R\u00fcckschritte geben. Diese \u201ezwei Schritt nach vorn und einen zur\u00fcck\u201c-Vorgehensweise f\u00fchrt allerdings zu einem schnelleren Vorankommen als eine jahrelange Planung. Das Cloud-Umfeld ist dynamisch und \u00e4ndert sich. Wer Mehrwerte zu lang (und klassisch) plant, wird bei der Umsetzung ein ver\u00e4ndertes Spielfeld vorfinden. Gehen Sie agil und dynamisch vor. Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch die M\u00f6glichkeit einer kurzen, tempor\u00e4ren Nutzeneinschr\u00e4nkung. Da sich viele Technologien dort aber heute noch entwickeln und wir die Nutzwerte nur teilweise entwickelt sind, ist f\u00fcr die meisten Unternehmen und Organisationen eine direkte und vollst\u00e4ndige Transition von On-Premises in die Cloud eher unvorstellbar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wir sollten uns deshalb schon heute darauf einstellen, dass f\u00fcr die meisten <b> in den n\u00e4chsten 5-10 Jahren<\/b> eine weitere Transition folgen wird. Wir empfehlen Ihnen sich eine <b>Transition Strategie<\/b> zurechtzulegen. Diese wird neue M\u00f6glichkeiten in der Vernetzung unterschiedlicher Services und einen ubiquit\u00e4ren Zugriff bieten, wie wir ihn heute in der Unternehmenswelt noch nicht kennen.
