Das Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr die gemeinsame Vorgehensweise wurde in einer aktiven Gespr\u00e4chsrunde vertieft. Dabei entstand ein auf den Kunden zugeschnittenes Konzept f\u00fcr die Umsetzung der AD Einf\u00fchrung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Die FirstAttribute steuerte das Projekt vor Ort in effektiver Vorgehensweise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse der bestehenden Umgebung<\/li>\n<li>Implementierung der Neusysteme<\/li>\n<li>Migration der Benutzer und Clientsysteme<\/li>\n<li>Migration der Applikationen und File Server<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die spezielle Anforderung dieses Projektes waren der reibungslose Transfer der aktiven Produktionsdaten auf dem Novell File Server. Diese Daten mussten auf die Microsoft File Services \u00fcbertragen werden, <strong>ohne den Produktionsbetrieb zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Das AD wurde in kurzer Zeit implementiert und ist produktiv im Einsatz.
