Es ist eine Mischung aus Public Cloud und Private Cloud Services. Public Cloud bezeichnet Microsoft als MS-Online (Microsoft-Online) oder kurz MS-O, Private Cloud wird als On-Premises oder kurz OnPrem bezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Auf dem Weg von OnPremises zu einer SaaS L\u00f6sung wandern die Verantwortlichkeiten mehr und mehr von der lokalen IT zum Cloud Service Provider. Das Angebot staffelt sich in <strong>drei Varianten<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Office 365 Small Business Premium<br \/>\nOffice 365 Midsize Business<br \/>\nOffice 365 Enterprise<\/p>\n<p>Die Auspr\u00e4gungen und Mengenger\u00fcste k\u00f6nnen auf der Microsoft Webseite eingesehen werden: <a href=\"https:\/\/office.microsoft.com\/de-de\/business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/office.microsoft.com\/de-de\/business\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich besteht das Angebot aus den Komponenten:<\/p>\n<p>Exchange Online (EXO)<br \/>\nSharePoint Online (SPO)<br \/>\nLync Online (LYO)<br \/>\nOffice Online (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)<\/p>\n<p>Technisch gesehen, richtet Microsoft eine eigene Microsoft Azure Active Directory Domain in einem so genannten Cloud Tenant (Mandant) ein. Diese Dom\u00e4ne ist Basis f\u00fcr eine Exchange Organisation und die Bereitstellung weiterer Dienste, wie z.B. SharePoint. Die Office Programme, wie Word und Excel kommen als gestreamte Version per App-V direkt auf die Endger\u00e4te.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Integration-am-Arbeitsplatz\"><\/span>Integration am Arbeitsplatz<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Die wichtigsten Fragen an dieser Stelle sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wie integrieren sich <strong>Cloud Services in das bestehende Umfeld<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<li>Wie stellt sich die Benutzerinteraktion im\u00a0<strong>Tagesgesch\u00e4ft<\/strong> dar?<\/li>\n<li>Wie sieht der <strong>Zugriff des Endanwenders<\/strong> auf die Cloud Dienste aus?<\/li>\n<li>Ist es f\u00fcr den Anwender <strong>transparent<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dreistufiges-Loesungskonzept-zur-Integration\"><\/span>Dreistufiges L\u00f6sungskonzept zur Integration:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1-Directory-Synchronisation\"><\/span>1. Directory Synchronisation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Einrichtung einer Directory Synchronisation\u00a0<\/strong>zwischen der OnPremises AD Domain im eigenen Rechenzentrum und der Microsoft Azure Active Directory Domain basierend auf dem MIIS (Microsoft Identity Integration Server). Dies erm\u00f6glicht die Anmeldung am Cloud Tenant mit dem gewohnten Benutzernamen, jedoch an einer anderen Domain (Azure AD) und mit einem anderen Passwort.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-MIIS-Passwort-Synchronisation\"><\/span>2. MIIS Passwort Synchronisation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Einrichtung der MIIS Passwort Synchronisation<\/strong>. Die Directory Synchronisation mit dem Microsoft Identity Integration Server erm\u00f6glicht die \u00dcbertragung der Passw\u00f6rter in die Microsoft Azure Active Directory Domain. Somit k\u00f6nnen sich Anwender mit gleichem Benutzernamen und Passwort sowohl OnPremise als auch in der Cloud anmelden &#8211; allerdings an zwei unterschiedlichen Dom\u00e4nen.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-Single-Sign-on-SSO\"><\/span>3. Single Sign-on SSO<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Einrichtung des Single Sign-on SSO<\/strong>. Es wird ein STS (security token service) ben\u00f6tigt, welcher mit einem ADFS Trust(Active Directory Federation Services) zwischen der Microsoft Azure Active Directory Domain und der OnPremises AD Domain eingerichtet wird. Dies erm\u00f6glicht einen direkten Zugriff auf Cloud Services ohne weitere Anmeldung. Die SSO L\u00f6sung ist zweifelsohne die f\u00fcr den Anwender beste L\u00f6sung, allerdings auch die komplexeste. Daher gehen wir im n\u00e4chsten Kapitel n\u00e4her darauf ein.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstattribute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/cloud-integration-arbeitsplatz.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-1\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14222 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.firstattribute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/cloud-integration-arbeitsplatz.jpg\" alt=\"Directory Synchronisation OnPrem AD mit Azure AD\" width=\"1171\" height=\"739\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Single-Sign-On-SSO\"><\/span>Single Sign-On SSO<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die SSO Einrichtung ist eine Windows Domain im Betriebsmodus 2003R2, 2008, 2008R2 oder 2012. Den ADFS Service kann man entweder als ADFS 2.0 auf einem Windows Server 2008R2 oder als ADFS Rolle auf einem Windows Server 2012 installieren. Falls sich Anwender au\u00dferhalb des Intranet an der Cloud per SSO anmelden m\u00f6chten, so ist ein ADFS 2.0 Proxy Server in der DMZ n\u00f6tig. Die Cloud Anmeldeseite leitet die Authentifizierung \u00fcber den ADFS Proxyan, den ADFS Server und die OnPremises Domain weiter.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Weiterleitung-der-Authentifizierung\"><\/span>Weiterleitung der Authentifizierung<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Hier wird ein wichtiger Zusammenhang deutlich: damit die Weiterleitung funktioniert, muss sich der Anwender mit seinem UPN (user principalname) anmelden, z.B. <a href=\"mailto:\/\/benutzername@firma.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">benutzername@firma.com<\/a>. Au\u00dferdem muss der DNS Suffix des UPN eine \u00f6ffentlich registrierte DNS Domain sein. Nur so kann das Ziel der Weiterleitung extern aufgel\u00f6st werden, um den ADFS Proxy in der DMZ zu erreichen. In der Praxis bietet sich hier die E-Mail Adresse als UPN an, da diese dem Anwender bekannt ist. Auch f\u00fcr Anwender, welche sich an ihrem Arbeitsplatz an einem Dom\u00e4nen-PC anmelden, muss der UPN des Benutzerobjektes korrekt gepflegt sein um SSO zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fazit\"><\/span>Fazit<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Anhand des SSO Beispiels ist leicht zu erkennen, welche\u00a0<strong>Komplexit\u00e4t<\/strong> der Integration sich hinter einer\u00a0<strong>Cloud Service Integration<\/strong> verbergen kann. Der UPN ist nur eines von vielen Beispielen, die bei der Einrichtung zu beachten sind. Hinzu kommen \u00f6ffentliche Zertifikate, externe DNS Eintr\u00e4ge, Firewall Regeln und Trusted Sites Eintr\u00e4ge im Internet Explorer, damit die Verbindung mit der Cloud reibungslos funktioniert (um nur einige Punkte zu nennen).
