Wie so oft in der Praxis hatte der Kunde eine <strong>SAP HCM<\/strong> Datenbank im Einsatz, in der Mitarbeiterdaten hinterlegt waren. Besonders zeitraubend war:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>dass diese Personaldatenbank manuell gepflegt und<\/li>\n<li>mit dem Active Directory manuell synchronisiert werden musste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bei einer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von 1.000 Mitarbeitern am Projektstandort war diese parallele Pflege zweier Systeme ein zeitaufwendiger Prozess. Er besch\u00e4ftigte in der Regel nicht nur mehrere IT-Administratoren, vielmehr war es auch eine Fehlerquelle. Oft wurden die Daten entweder sp\u00e4t, unvollst\u00e4ndig oder fehlerhaft eingegeben. Zudem bedeutete es f\u00fcr den Anwender, dass er Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen musste. Denn bevor die Daten vom HR-System in das AD \u00fcbertragen wurden, hatte der Anwender u.a. nicht alle Zugriffsrechte auf Anwendungen.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zeit-sparen-manuelle-Datenpflege-von-HR-nach-AD-automatisieren\"><\/span>Zeit sparen, manuelle Datenpflege von HR nach AD automatisieren<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Der Kunde wand sich an die FirstAttribute mit dem Anliegen, diesen aufwendigen manuellen Prozess der Synchronisation zu automatisieren. Im Detail sollten ausgew\u00e4hlte Eintragungen in der HR-Datenbank \u00fcber eine SAP-Schnittstelle automatisiert und zeitgesteuert an das AD weitergegeben werden. Ziel war es, die IT-Administratoren von zeitaufwendingen Routineaufgaben zu entlasten und die <strong>Datenqualit\u00e4t<\/strong> zwischen den Systemen zu stabilisieren.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IDM-Automation-zur-zuverlaessigen-Datensynchronisation\"><\/span>IDM-Automation zur zuverl\u00e4ssigen Datensynchronisation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Als schnelle Hilfestellung wurde die <strong>IDM-Automation Software der FirstAttribute<\/strong> identifiziert. Der automatisierte Service l\u00e4uft versteckt im Hintergrund und aktualisiert die Daten im Active Directory. Dies funktioniert mit Hilfe von Informationen, die regelm\u00e4\u00dfig aus dem SAP System exportiert und der Schnittstelle zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-14855 size-full\" title=\"Personaldaten von HR nach AD mit IDM-Automation\" src=\"https:\/\/www.firstattribute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IDM-Automation-Service.png\" alt=\"Personaldaten von HR nach AD mit IDM-Automation\" width=\"851\" height=\"183\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Anhand mehrerer, von der FirstAttribute entwickelten Skripte, werden<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>die Daten gemappt,<strong> fehlende Werte generiert<\/strong> und ins AD geschrieben<\/li>\n<li><strong>Home-Verzeichnisse<\/strong> angelegt<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gruppenmitgliedschaften<\/strong> gesetzt<\/li>\n<li>und ein umfangreiches <strong>Fehlerlogging<\/strong> bereitgestellt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dabei handelt es sich um eine einseitige Synchronisation, da keine Daten aus dem AD in das SAP HCM System zur\u00fcckgeschrieben werden. Binnen weniger Monate wurden die Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden umgestellt und automatisiert.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Schnelle-Nutzeranlage-direkt-im-AD-fuer-Sonderfaelle\"><\/span>Schnelle Nutzeranlage direkt im AD f\u00fcr Sonderf\u00e4lle<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Zeitgleich gab es eine weitere Anforderung des Kunden. Externe und technische Mitarbeiter wurden <strong>nicht in der Personaldatenbank<\/strong> des Kunden gepflegt. Diese Nutzer sollten in das Active Directory direkt eingetragen werden. W\u00fcnschenswert war, dass auch diese Aufgabe an Nicht-IT-Mitarbeiter delegiert werden konnte.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IT-fremde-Mitarbeiter-bearbeiten-Benutzerkonten\"><\/span>IT-fremde Mitarbeiter bearbeiten Benutzerkonten<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgshadow alignleft wp-image-14900 size-full\" title=\"Benutzeranlage IDM-Portal\" src=\"https:\/\/www.firstattribute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Benutzer-anlegen-kurz.png\" alt=\"Benutzeranlage IDM-Portal\" width=\"490\" height=\"212\" \/>Um dies zu bewerkstelligen, wurde das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstware.com\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FirstWare IDM-Portal<\/a> der FirstAttribute als anwenderfreundliche L\u00f6sung ausgew\u00e4hlt. Das Portal erm\u00f6glicht es, dass Identit\u00e4tsaufgaben selbst\u00e4ndig, selbsterkl\u00e4rend und in kurzer Zeit durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen. Tiefgreifende IT-Kenntnisse und direkte Zug\u00e4nge zu den Endsystemen sind dabei nicht n\u00f6tig. \u00dcberzeugend fand der Kunde die intuitive Web-Oberfl\u00e4che des Portals, auf der sich alle Angaben bequem auf einer Seite eintragen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Je nach Nutzertyp, extern bzw. technisch, wurden individuelle Ansichten mit verschiedenen, unternehmensspezifischen Feldern konzipiert. In Exchange sollten, bei Anlage eines neuen Nutzers, Postf\u00e4cher angelegt werden.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fazit-Gesamtprojekt\"><\/span>Fazit Gesamtprojekt<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dank einer kundennahen Projektbetreuung wurden die W\u00fcnsche des Kunden binnen weniger Monate umgesetzt. Dazu geh\u00f6rten regelm\u00e4\u00dfige R\u00fccksprachen und Testl\u00e4ufe, um eine perfekte Abbildung der Leistungsanforderungen des Kunden zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Au\u00dferdem erhielt der Kunde eine Konfigurationsdokumentation, die alle Parameter genau erfasste und Hilfestellungen beinhaltete.<\/p>\n<p>Beide Projekte wurden erfolgreich beendet.
