Gruppenverwaltung, genauer Sicherheitsgruppen Management im AD <\/strong>ist ein wichtiger Teil im Berechtigungsmanagement. Gro\u00dfe Unternehmen und verteilte Organisationen k\u00e4mpfen oft mit einer sehr gro\u00dfen Zahl an Berechtigungsgruppen. Diese Unternehmen haben oft lokale IT Koordinatoren<\/strong> um die t\u00e4gliche Arbeit bzw Administration zu unterst\u00fctzen. Leider ist die Berechtigungsorganisation trotzdem nicht ganz einfach.<\/p>\n

Prinzipiell ist es m\u00f6glich<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Komplett die Benutzer und Berechtigungsverwaltung zu delegieren<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Nur das automatisierte Gruppenmanagement zu delegieren<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ein Unternehmen mit 12 Standorten entschied sich f\u00fcr die zweite Version. In diesem Fall findet der Gro\u00dfteil der Benutzerverwaltung in der Firmenzentrale statt. Benutzer werden automatisiert in der Personalabteilung angelegt und mit einem Sync ins AD geschrieben. Dabei sind die relevantesten Attribute bereits gef\u00fcllt. Das Thema Berechtigungsverwaltung \u00fcber Gruppen ist dann aber noch offen.<\/p>\n

    \"Admin<\/a><\/p>\n

    Berechtigungsverwaltung: Helpdesk und automatisierte Gruppen<\/h2>\n

    Im Falle des Unternehmens wird das Department Attribut verwendet um selbst aktualisierende Abteilungsgruppen<\/a>. DynamicGroup bietet einen grafischen Query Builder<\/strong> an, mit dem man leicht attributbasierte Gruppen erstellt.
    \nDer Kunde erstellte und verteilte bis dato globale Einstellungen und Berechtigungen immer durch die zentrale IT Abteilung.<\/p>\n

    In den vergangenen Jahren wurden mehrere kleine Unternehmen aufgekauft und integriert. D<\/p>\n

    Diese Standorte haben bis heute lokale IT Mitarbeiter, die lokale Sonderberechtigungen pflegen<\/strong>. Diese Kollegen sind OU Admins mit eingeschr\u00e4nkten Rechten, d\u00fcrfen aber selbst Gruppen pflegen.<\/p>\n

    Lokaler Helpdesk und AD Gruppenautomatisierung<\/h2>\n

    Konkret ging es in diesem Fall um einen Standort mit Spezialmaschinen. Die Maschinen werden aber aus organisatorischen Gr\u00fcnden komplett vom Standort selbst verwaltet<\/strong>. Sie k\u00f6nnen nur von Mitarbeitern verwendet werden, die Mitglied einer bestimmten AD Berechtigungsgruppe<\/strong> sind.
    \nOb ein Mitarbeiter berechtigt ist die Maschine zu nutzen, ergibt sich im Beispiel aus einem Wert in extensionAttribute5.<\/p>\n

    Die lokale IT konnte nun selbst eine Sicherheitsgruppe anlegen, die Migliedschaften automatisch aktualisiert<\/strong>. Dazu definierte sie, dass alle Mitarbeiter mit extensionAttribute5 gleich „access_granted“ Mitglied der dynamischen Gruppe wurden. Die Pflege der Benutzer f\u00fchrte dann automatisch zur Berechtigung auf die Maschine.<\/p>\n

    DynamicGroup kann von „vollwertigen“ Admins und delegierten Admins verwendet werden.<\/p>\n

    Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen verteilte Helpdesks oder lokale IT Abteilungen ebenfalls automatische Sicherheitsgruppen in ihrer OU verwalten.<\/p>\n
