Die zentralen Fragen sind die Gleichen:<\/p>\n<p class=\"absatz\"><strong>Wen kann ich fragen f\u00fcr XY?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"absatz\"><strong>Wer ist zust\u00e4ndig?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"absatz\"><strong>Wo finde ich die Kompetenz, die ich jetzt ben\u00f6tige?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"absatz\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-17577 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.firstattribute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Anwender-Rollenmanagement-unklar.png\" alt=\"Anwender-Rollenmanagement-unklar\" width=\"551\" height=\"236\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Diese Informationen bereitzustellen ist nicht leicht. Berechtigungen?\u00a0 Zuordnungen? Anders als im AD?<br \/>\nUm Microsoft 365 Rollen und Gruppen zu verwalten, sto\u00dfen auch erfahrene IT-Administratoren an ihre Grenzen. Rollen k\u00f6nnen sehr granular eingestellt werden. M365 und AAD Security Gruppen hingegen lassen sich per Dashboard kaum konfigurieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aufgabe an Power User oder Fachabteilungen abzugeben, ist ebenfalls nicht m\u00f6glich. Standorte, Bereiche, Abteilungen oder Projektteams sein. Sie haben bestimmte Aufgaben und Eigenschaften und werden formell geschaffen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Beispiel: Eine organisatorische Einheit kann im Krankenhaus eine Station sein. Das Krankenhaus selbst kann ebenfalls eine organisatorische Einheit sein, wie auch eine<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mitarbeiter\"><\/span>Mitarbeiter<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"absatz\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-17536 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.firstattribute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/group2.png\" alt=\"Gruppe von Mitarbeitern\" width=\"163\" height=\"117\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"absatz\">Mitarbeiter haben F\u00e4higkeiten, Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen. Diese nutzen Sie, um bestimmte Aufgaben zu erledigen. Mitarbeiter arbeiten zusammen. Zumindest empfangen oder \u00fcbergeben sie Aufgaben und Ergebnisse an andere Mitarbeiter.<\/p>\n<p>Mitarbeiter arbeiten miteinander in organisatorischen Einheiten. Organisatorische Einheiten stehen ebenfalls im Austausch miteinander.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Organisation-gestalten-und-zusammen-arbeiten\"><\/span>Organisation gestalten und zusammen arbeiten<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"absatz\">Mitarbeiter arbeiten miteinander in organisatorischen Einheiten. Organisatorische Einheiten stehen ebenfalls im Austausch miteinander. Daraus ergeben sich grunds\u00e4tzliche Fragen:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wer organisiert die Arbeit und Aufgaben der Mitarbeiter?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"absatz\">In Planung oft eine \u00fcbergeordnete Stelle &#8211; in der Wirklichkeit oft die Mitarbeiter selbst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wer baut Organisatorische Einheiten auf und organisiert diese?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"absatz\">Das Organisationsmanagement oder die Personalabteilung. Operative Teams finden sich aber auch oft selbstst\u00e4ndig oder werden auf niedrigen Hierarchieebenen geformt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Und wer aktualisiert diese Daten?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"absatz\">Ein Streitthema. Ist HR verantwortlich oder die IT oder zentrale Dienste? Warum nicht die Mitarbeiter selbst? my-IAM verfolgt genau diesen Ansatz.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rollen-und-Rollenmanagement\"><\/span>Rollen und Rollenmanagement<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein Mitarbeiter hat im Unternehmen eine bestimmte<\/span><b> Position<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Diese hat er, weil er bestimmte F\u00e4higkeiten und Kenntnisse hat. Eine Position ist zun\u00e4chst mal eine <\/span><b>Rolle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 Diese Rolle beschreibt sein Aufgabenfeld und vielleicht bestimmte Kompetenzen. Ein Mitarbeiter kann aber auch eine bestimmte <\/span><b>Funktion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> innehaben. Auch dies entspricht aus organisatorischer Sicht einer Rolle. Nicht zuletzt k\u00f6nnen Mitarbeiter auch mehrere Rollen innehaben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beispiel: Im Krankenhaus kann ist Krankenschwester eine personenbezogene Rolle. Projektleiter oder Hausmeister sind ebenfalls Rollen. In seiner Rolle als Oberarzt erledigt Mitarbeiter Hans Meier andere Aufgaben als in seiner Funktion\/Rolle als Facharzt f\u00fcr Unfallmedizin.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rollentypen\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rollentypen<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es l\u00e4sst sich feststellen, dass nicht alle Rollen gleich sind. Wie lassen sie sich f\u00fcr ein praxisorientiertes Rollenmanagement strukturieren?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Definition von <\/span><b>Rollentypen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bietet diese L\u00f6sung. Zur Vermeidung von Komplexit\u00e4t und Fehlerquellen gilt aber: Je weniger Rollentypen desto besser. Wir bleiben bei der Organisationssicht und vernachl\u00e4ssigen zun\u00e4chst die konkreten Directorys und IT-Systeme.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mit my-IAM als Self Service f\u00fcr das Rollenmanagement empfehlen nur zwei Rollentypen zu verwenden. Die <\/span><b>organisatorische Rolle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und die\u00a0 <\/span><b>Kompetenzrollen.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Organisatorische-Rolle\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organisatorische Rolle<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, Leitung und Management sind Positionen die zwingend mit der Hierarchie der Organisation verbunden sind. Sie treffen Entscheidungen, erteilen Berechtigungen und geben Bestellungen mittels Workflows frei.\u00a0 Die <\/span><b>organisatorische Rolle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bildet diese Anforderung ab. Der Mitarbeiter, der diese Rolle innehat steht im Austausch mit seinen Mitarbeitern und der n\u00e4chsth\u00f6heren Ebene. Die organisatorische Rolle muss im Kontext des Organisationsaufbaus gesehen werden &#8211; einer <\/span><b>organisatorischen Einheit ist (fast) immer eine organisatorische Rolle zugeordnet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (1:1). Egal wie diese Hierarchie aussieht und welche Aufbauorganisation gew\u00e4hlt wurde: Abteilung A hat eine Rolle \u201cAbteilungsleiter\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kompetenzrolle\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kompetenzrolle<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die<\/span><b> Kompetenzrolle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> eignet sich f\u00fcr Facharbeiter und Mitarbeiter mit Spezialf\u00e4higkeiten. Der wesentliche Unterschied ist zur organisatorischen Rolle ist, dass eine Verdrahtung mit der Organisationsstruktur nicht zwingend ist. Ein Mitarbeiter mit der Kompetenzrolle Facharbeiter kann theoretisch in Abteilung A oder Abteilung B arbeiten.\u00a0 Abteilung A kann 15 Facharbeiter haben oder nur drei, es hat aber keine Auswirkung auf die Organisationshierarchie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Das-System-ist-nicht-entscheidend\"><\/span>Das System ist nicht entscheidend<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine Fixierung auf bestimmte IT- Zielsysteme ist m\u00f6glich aber nicht unbedingt von Vorteil, wenn eine dauerhaft zufriedenstellende L\u00f6sung im Fokus liegt. Nat\u00fcrlich sind IT-Systeme, in denen Berechtigungen und Rollen abgebildet werden, unabdingbar. Aus Anwendersicht ist es aber egal, wie Active Directory, SAP, Azure AD, Notes, Google &amp; Co funktionieren. Mitarbeiter interessieren sich f\u00fcr die oben genannten Fragen und wollen einfach arbeiten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In der Praxis kommt erschwerend hinzu: Es werden verschiedene Systeme parallel genutzt. Aufbau, Objekttypen und Struktur sind immer etwas anders. So gibt es in Active Directory z.B. Organizational Units (OU) und in Azure AD nicht oder anders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die technische L\u00f6sung k\u00f6nnte sein, eines zum f\u00fchrenden System zu erheben &#8211; mit Systemfokus &#8211; und mit Abstrichen f\u00fcr das Organisationsmanagement und der Begr\u00fcndung:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cEs muss so gemacht werden, weil es technisch nicht anders m\u00f6glich ist\u201d. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;muss es nicht<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"my-IAM-ermoeglicht-dynamische-Strukturen-im-Self-Service\"><\/span>my-IAM erm\u00f6glicht dynamische Strukturen im Self Service<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">my-IAM ist die anwenderfreundliche Helferin, wenn es um Fragen der dynamischen Unternehmensorganisation geht. Sie gibt Auskunft zu Kollegen und Strukturen. Sie erm\u00f6glicht agiles Organisationsmanagement f\u00fcr Anwender und durch Anwender.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein Kollege kann auf das Abteilungslaufwerk nicht zugreifen. Ein anderer will wissen, wer f\u00fcr Thema xy zust\u00e4ndig ist. Nach der Umstrukturierung sind Berechtigungen falsch zugeordnet oder fehlen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Warum k\u00f6nnen Mitarbeiter das nicht <\/span><b>selbst organisieren<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rollenmanagement im Self Service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mitarbeiter sind das Wichtigste im Unternehmen. Deswegen kann das immer wiederkehrende Problem von sich \u00e4ndernden Organisationen auch nur aus Anwendersicht gel\u00f6st werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aus diesem Grund ist my-IAM ein Anwender-Cloud-Service.
