In unserem Praxisbeispiel schauen wir konkret auf HCL Notes und Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n<p>Gleich zur L\u00f6sung der FirstAttribute AG: <a href=\"#l\u00f6sung:teamsfornotes\">Teams for Notes<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"HCL-Notes-und-Microsoft-Teams\"><\/span>HCL Notes und Microsoft Teams<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"HCL-Notes-als-E-Mail-Programm\"><\/span>HCL Notes als E-Mail-Programm<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Exchange und Outlook sind weit verbreitete Software-Anwendungen, die in fast allen Unternehmen genutzt werden. Jedoch eben nur \u201cfast\u201d. Es gibt in der Praxis viele Unternehmen, die andere Anbieter verwenden, wie HCL Notes (ehemals Lotus Notes\/IBM Notes) oder Google, und ihre E-Mail-Kommunikation und Meeting-Kalender dar\u00fcber abwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Mail-Migration zu Exchange ist f\u00fcr viele gr\u00f6\u00dfere Unternehmen eine zeitaufwendige und kostspielige Sache.\u00a0Auch deshalb wird an etablierten Anwendungen, wie Notes, festgehalten, da sie funktionieren und ihre Arbeit machen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgshadow alignleft wp-image-37164 size-full\" title=\"HCL Notes\" src=\"https:\/\/www.firstattribute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/HCL-Notes-11-200x85-1.png\" alt=\"HCL Notes\" width=\"200\" height=\"85\" \/>HCL Notes bietet beispielsweise eine E-Mail-Client-Software an, mit der E-Mails versendet und typische Kalender-Funktionen abgedeckt sind.<\/p>\n<p>Dies bedeutet, dass im Regelfall Meetings im Notes-Kalender eingetragen und geplant werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Parallele-Nutzung-von-Microsoft-Teams\"><\/span>Parallele Nutzung von Microsoft Teams<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Mit dem Siegeszug von Microsoft Teams als beliebte Kollaborationsplattform haben auch Unternehmen, die Notes oder Google verwenden, die vielen Vorteile von Microsoft Teams erkannt.<\/p>\n<p>Die parallele Nutzung von Anwendungen verschiedener Hersteller, wie Notes und Teams, bringt jedoch einige Herausforderungen mit sich. Denn Teams bietet einen eigenen Teams-Kalender an, der mit dem Outlook-Kalender synchronisiert wird.<\/p>\n<p>In der Tat bietet Teams lediglich eine andere Ansicht des Outlook-Kalenders an, in einer abgespeckten Version. Denn auch hier herrscht keine 1:1 \u00dcbereinstimmung: viele typische Kalenderfunktionen fehlen. Jedoch besteht eine enge Verzahnung der beiden Anwendungen, die es in der Praxis einfach machen, Meetings und Termine einzutragen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eine einfache Synchronisierung mit dem Notes-Kalender ist dabei nicht vorgesehen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstattribute.com\/unternehmen\/kontakt\/\"><button class=\"ButtonBeratung aligncenter\">Wir brauchen Teams for Notes<\/button><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Microsoft-Teams-Einladungen-erstellen-ohne-Exchange\"><\/span>Microsoft Teams Einladungen erstellen ohne Exchange<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Doppelte-Kalendereintraege-%E2%80%93-in-HCL-Notes-und-Microsoft-Teams\"><\/span>Doppelte Kalendereintr\u00e4ge &#8211; in HCL Notes und Microsoft Teams<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Wird ein Meeting \u00fcber Teams geplant, dann erscheint dies nur im Teams- bzw. Exchange-Kalender. Damit es im Notes-Kalender erscheint, muss es dort separat eingetragen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Andersherum ist es genauso: wird ein Meeting in Notes geplant, erscheint es nicht automatisch im Teams-Kalender. <strong>Notes hat einen eigenen Kalender der von der Microsoft-Welt v\u00f6llig unabh\u00e4ngig ist.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So m\u00fcssen Mitarbeiter die Einladungen doppelt eintragen, wenn sie in beiden Systemen hinterlegt und sichtbar sein sollen.<\/p>\n<p>Was geschieht zudem, wenn der Teams Kalender nicht freigeschaltet ist?<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Anwendungsfall-Teams-Einladungen-mit-HCL-Notes\"><\/span>Anwendungsfall: Teams Einladungen mit HCL Notes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>In unserem Praxisbeispiel nutzt unser Kunde HCL Notes und seit kurzem auch Teams. Letzteres wird ausschlie\u00dflich als Meeting und Collaboration Software eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Weder der Outlook-Kalender noch der Teams-Kalender werden unternehmensintern genutzt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der Kunde braucht eine M\u00f6glichkeit, Microsoft Teams Einladungen zu erstellen, ohne den Exchange-Kalender zu verwenden. Wenn beim Tippen der Mail-Adresse keine \u00dcbereinstimmung gefunden wird mit den Active Directory Benutzern des Unternehmens, wird angeboten, die E-Mail-Adresse zu \u00fcbernehmen.
