On May 27, it was that time again: the Rewe Team Challenge<\/a> in Dresden thrilled thousands of runners \u2013 and we at FirstAttribute were right in the middle of it! Despite the cold and rainy weather and a last-minute delay to the start, our four colleagues were highly motivated and ran the 5-kilometer course through downtown Dresden together. The atmosphere along the route was fantastic \u2013 with energetic music, cheering spectators, and fun-loving participants creating a lively vibe all along the way and in the stadium.<\/p>\n

For us, taking part in the Rewe Team Challenge<\/strong> was more than just a sports event. It was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our team spirit outside the daily office routine. The focus was on having fun together and enjoying the camaraderie in a great atmosphere. The route led from the Kulturpalast to the Rudolf Harbig Stadium \u2013 where a spectacular fire show marked the grand finale!<\/p>\n

Why do you take part?<\/h3>\n

We asked our runners why they joined in \u2013 instead of spending a cozy evening on the couch with Netflix.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI usually prefer running alone or at the gym \u2013 but this challenge was a great opportunity for me to step out of my comfort zone and achieve a fitness goal together with my colleagues. Plus, it\u2019s super motivating to feel the positive energy of everyone participating.<\/i><\/span>\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFive kilometers isn\u2019t a big deal for me, but the feeling of running into the stadium together as a team and hearing all the cheering from the sidelines \u2013 that really boosts the team spirit and turns the run into a truly shared experience. The great vibe, the music, and the crowd made it an unforgettable event for us.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Events like this are an essential part of our team-building culture. Especially in the IT sector, where a lot of work is done remotely, real-life encounters and shared experiences are all the more valuable.<\/p>\n

A big thank-you to the organizers of the Rewe Team Challenge Dresden<\/strong> for a smooth event and an incredible atmosphere! And of course, thanks to our team \u2013 sporty, motivated, and full of heart.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re already looking forward to next year \u2013 maybe with even more FirstAttribute runners on the track!<\/p>\n
