FirstAttribute joins the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact
At FirstAttribute, we place great value on sustainability and protecting our environment. Our company headquarters was built in an eco-friendly and sustainable way, enabling us to work in an environmentally conscious and attractive workplace. With this commitment, we are sending a clear message in favor of nature and climate protection.
That is why we actively participate in the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact – a voluntary initiative by the Bavarian State Government that encourages companies to take responsibility for the environment beyond legal requirements.
What is the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact?
The Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact is a voluntary agreement between the Bavarian State Government and companies in Bavaria. The goal of this partnership is to make an active contribution to environmental and climate protection, going beyond legal requirements.
Participating companies commit to voluntary measures that reduce environmental impact, conserve natural resources, and strengthen climate protection within their operations. The state government supports them with consulting, information, and recognition. The pact is based on the principles of personal responsibility and cooperation, forming an important building block of a sustainable and future-oriented economy in Bavaria.
Our contribution to environmental and climate protection
Sustainability is close to our hearts at FirstAttribute. We want to actively help reduce environmental impact and conserve natural resources – while creating a work environment where employees feel comfortable. Our concrete measures include:

✅ Nature conservation: For every new customer, we plant shrubs, flowers, or trees; birdhouses provide additional habitats for native birds.
✅ Resource conservation and circular economy: Waste separation and composting produce natural fertilizer for our green spaces.
