FirstAttribute joins the Rewe Team Challenge Dresden 2025
On May 27, it was that time again: the Rewe Team Challenge in Dresden thrilled thousands of runners – and we at FirstAttribute were right in the middle of it! Despite the cold and rainy weather and a last-minute delay to the start, our four colleagues were highly motivated and ran the 5-kilometer course through downtown Dresden together. The atmosphere along the route was fantastic – with energetic music, cheering spectators, and fun-loving participants creating a lively vibe all along the way and in the stadium.
For us, taking part in the Rewe Team Challenge was more than just a sports event. It was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our team spirit outside the daily office routine. The focus was on having fun together and enjoying the camaraderie in a great atmosphere. The route led from the Kulturpalast to the Rudolf Harbig Stadium – where a spectacular fire show marked the grand finale!

Why do you take part?
We asked our runners why they joined in – instead of spending a cozy evening on the couch with Netflix.
“I usually prefer running alone or at the gym – but this challenge was a great opportunity for me to step out of my comfort zone and achieve a fitness goal together with my colleagues. Plus, it’s super motivating to feel the positive energy of everyone participating.”
“Five kilometers isn’t a big deal for me, but the feeling of running into the stadium together as a team and hearing all the cheering from the sidelines – that really boosts the team spirit and turns the run into a truly shared experience. The great vibe, the music, and the crowd made it an unforgettable event for us.”
Events like this are an essential part of our team-building culture. Especially in the IT sector, where a lot of work is done remotely, real-life encounters and shared experiences are all the more valuable.
A big thank-you to the organizers of the Rewe Team Challenge Dresden for a smooth event and an incredible atmosphere! And of course, thanks to our team – sporty, motivated, and full of heart.
